We accept cancellation of the experience by the customer with a full refund up to a minimum of 5 days before the agreed activity. In this case, the full amount will be refunded, except for commissions, booking fees or other charges, if any. In the event of cancellation within 5 days of the agreed activity or no-show, there is no refund of the fee paid. The organisers reserve the right to cancel/postpone the scheduled outing due to adverse weather conditions and/or for safety reasons, in which case the customer will be given the option of rescheduling the experience at an alternative date or requesting a refund. In the latter case, the refund will be in full.

Wir akzeptieren eine Stornierung des Erlebnisses durch den Kunden mit voller Rückerstattung bis zu einem Minimum von 5 Tagen vor der vereinbarten Aktivität. In diesem Fall wird der gesamte Betrag zurückerstattet, mit Ausnahme von Provisionen, Buchungsgebühren oder anderen Kosten, falls vorhanden. Im Falle einer Stornierung innerhalb von 5 Tagen vor der vereinbarten Aktivität oder bei Nichterscheinen wird die gezahlte Gebühr nicht zurückerstattet. Die Organisatoren behalten sich das Recht vor, den geplanten Ausflug aufgrund ungünstiger Wetterbedingungen und/oder aus Sicherheitsgründen abzusagen/zu verschieben. In diesem Fall hat der Kunde die Möglichkeit, den Ausflug auf ein anderes Datum zu verschieben oder eine Rückerstattung zu beantragen. Im letzteren Fall erfolgt die Erstattung in voller Höhe.

Accettiamo la cancellazione dell'esperienza da parte del cliente con un rimborso completo fino a un minimo di 5 giorni prima dell'attività concordata. In questo caso, verrà rimborsato l'intero importo, ad eccezione di commissioni, spese di prenotazione o altri oneri, se presenti. In caso di cancellazione entro 5 giorni dall'attività concordata o di mancata presentazione del cliente, non è previsto il rimborso della quota versata. L'organizzazione si riserva il diritto di cancellare/annullare/posticipare l'uscita programmata a causa di condizioni meteorologiche avverse e/o per motivi di sicurezza; in tal caso, al cliente verrà data la possibilità di riprogrammare l'esperienza in una data alternativa o di richiedere il rimborso. In quest'ultimo caso, il rimborso sarà totale.
